High Density Coil Grout Strong Fluidity Coreless Inductor Coil Grout

The coil grout is divided into corundum based, and aluminum silicate based etc .The main function of coil grout is to apply it on the inner surface of the coreless inductor coil to play the role of insulation, protection and buffering. ‌

‌Insulation function‌: Coil grout can provide good insulation performance when used between coils to prevent current leakage and short circuit. ‌
Protection: Characterized by high strength, density, and insulation, the grout is specifically designed to protect coreless medium-frequency furnace coils. It prevents molten metal penetration and shields the induction coils from being punctured by molten metal.
‌Buffering function‌: The smooth surface formed by applying it on the coil can buffer the expansion and contraction of the inner lining of the induction coil, reduce the stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and prevent the occurrence of cracks in the furnace lining. ‌
